Tribute Restaurant at the Apogee Boutique Hotel & Spa is the premier romantic getaway fine dining restaurant in Pretoria to explore local fusion cuisine. Under the direction of General Manager and Executive Chef, Alicia Giliomee, A Christina Martin graduate, Alicia's training and passion, though deeply rooted in the French Traditions, has manifested into a unique sense of South African contemporary elegant dining over the past 18 years. Traditional South African dishes are given a fresh new twist and the rich diversity of Portuguese, Spanish, French, Italian and Eastern influences are fused into a new contemporary adventure as a fitting tribute to our culinary heritage - all using the freshest and locally-sourced produce.
